This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Infisit Tech Corp LLP, a registered Limited Liability Partnership under the laws of India, having its registered office at Building No. 3/613, Thrikkaipetta P O, Meppadi, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad – 673577, Kerala, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and governs the delivery of digital services and associated assets rendered under the brand name Hit Clicks (“Service”).

Delivery periods shall vary based on the nature, complexity, and scope of the service ordered. Unless otherwise stipulated in a formal service agreement, delivery shall generally commence within 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt of full payment or applicable advance.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

In the event that the Client does not receive the deliverables within the estimated timeline, the Client must notify the Company in writing at contact@hitclicks.com within 5 (five) business days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so shall constitute deemed acceptance of delivery without objection.

The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, omissions, or failures caused by third-party service providers, including but not limited to advertising platforms, analytics tools, or cloud storage services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from delay or failure in the delivery of digital services, including loss of business opportunity, revenue, or goodwill.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala.
