This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which clients may cancel services or request a refund from Hit Clicks, a digital marketing solution offered by Infisit Tech Corp LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy forms an integral part of our contractual relationship with the client and shall be deemed accepted upon the commencement of services.
Hit Clicks offers digital and performance-based marketing services including, but not limited to, advertising campaigns, lead generation, audience targeting, and the delivery of digital assets. Due to the intangible, non-returnable nature of such services, special conditions apply to cancellation and refund eligibility.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds shall be issued to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any transaction fees or bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
In case of any dissatisfaction or dispute regarding service delivery, the client shall first notify us in writing at contact@hitclicks.com. We shall make reasonable efforts to resolve such matters amicably and in good faith.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala.
Infisit Tech Corp LLP reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on our website and shall supersede all prior versions. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
